Having worked in the industry for many years, I fully understand the importance of finding truly passionate people to deliver the best possible hospitality to an ever more discerning clientele. Having managed one of London's premier cocktail bar and night club. I went on to co-own a hugely successful Thames riverside bar and brasserie where challenges of finding and retaining staff lead me to start a StaffCover.
