Pricing & payment plans
How does it work?
- We charge a percentage of the candidate's annual salary.
- You will get 2 payment options to choose from: One-off payment or 12-monthly instalments.
What are our fees?
% of the Remuneration (however compiled) applicable during the first 12 months of the Engagement.
- IF YOU BECOME A DIRECT CLIENT - 15%
- IF YOU BECOME A CLIENT BY RECOMMENDATION - 12.5%
1. The one-off payment plan & procedure
That is our standard plan. You can settle the payment in one go.
- The Invoice will be sent to you on the candidate offer date to be settled within a month.
- You will be able to pay by bank transfer.
💡What if the candidate leaves during the 3-month probation period?
- You will get a free replacement as per T&C.
2. The instalment plan & procedure*
We recognize the importance of providing a seamless and comfortable experience for our esteemed luxury clients. That's why we've introduced a new, tailored solution to make the payment process more convenient and stress-free.
Our exclusive payment plan allows you to divide the recruitment fee into 12 monthly instalments, ensuring peace of mind for our discerning clients. This preferred option has been met with great appreciation and enthusiasm from our valued clientele.
💡What if the candidate leaves before the 12-month payment plan ends?
- The monthly payment will stop.
- You will only pay for each month that the candidate completes.
*The new payment plan applies to full-time roles only.
