Running a restaurant or bar team isn’t easy. I know that because I’ve done it.
I appreciate that my clients are under all sorts of pressures. My job is to take one of those pain points away – the recruitment and retention of really great people is the bit that I’m passionate about and I love to help with.

That’s why I operate a personal service for each one of my clients and candidates. I want to see that boost that a venue gets when the team is working well with all the right team members and of course, there’s nothing better than someone I’ve helped find a role calls me to say that it is perfect for them.
What if you had to recruit much less often?
Finally, it might sound strange bit one of my passions is also helping people NOT to recruit. By that I mean helping build a workplace that is so rewarding that staff simply want to stay. If good people are constantly leaving your team, then it may be that this is a better first conversation than calling me to help replace them.
My consultancy service here will first look at your venue and the area as well as your team. I will then build a package that drives staff fulfilment. From the moment they join, they receive a wonderful welcome pack and training. We’ll make sure they feel appreciated throughout and that you are helping with their personal goals of career progression. A sensible feedback system will give you an early warning of any potential issues and of course a range of perks is always a finishing touch to complete the picture.
