How We Work with Candidates


At StaffCover, we are hired by luxury hospitality businesses or UHNW clients to find highly specific candidates for their roles. 

When you reach out to us, we will carefully review your profile against the positions we are currently working to fill.

If your experience and skills align with any of our open roles, we’ll arrange a chat to learn more about you and discuss the opportunity in detail.

If we don’t have a suitable role for you at the moment and you’re happy for us to keep your CV on file, we’ll be in touch as soon as the right opportunity comes along.

We would love to hear from you if you’re doing well but feel you could be progressing more. As you will understand, We’ve taken a lot of time to get to know our clients and their venues. We would like to take the same time with you so that we can make the perfect match.


We’ll meet in person or online


We will talk not only about your experience, your skills, and what roles I’ve got available. We will talk first and foremost about you – your passions, your concerns, your vision for the next role, we will talk about what’s important to you, what has disappointed you in the past employment and where you see yourself in the future – the interview is all about you. 


We’ll write more than a CV


In the end,  We will know what role will suit you and your needs best. If you don’t have a CV, don’t worry – we’ll write one together. More than that we’ll be sure we are both clear on what future you seek and what venue would serve you best.

We will then make the introduction if a suitable role available and we will assist you through the whole process. Our involvement doesn’t end there… we will check on you to see how you’re doing at your new job and if any concerns we will always offer our help.


If no role is available within our client portfolio, with your permission we will search for suitable venues and pass on your cv for direct contact.
