I’d love to hear from you if you’re doing well but feel you could be progressing more. As you will understand, I’ve taken a lot of time to get to know my clients and their venues. I’d like to take the same time with you so that I can make the perfect match.
We’ll meet in person or online
We will talk not only about your experience, your skills, and what roles I’ve got available. We will talk first and foremost about you – your passions, your concerns, your vision about the next role, we will talk about what’s important to you, what has disappointed you in the past employment and where you see yourself in the future – the interview is all about you.
We’ll write more than a CV
In the end I will know what role will suit you and your needs best. If you don’t have a CV, don’t worry – we’ll write one together. More than that we’ll be sure we are both clear on what future you seek and what venue would serve you best.
We will then make the introduction and I will assist you through the whole process. My involvement doesn’t end there… I will check on you to see how you’re doing at your new job and if any concerns I will always offer my help.
