    Our private members club, located in the heart of London, is seeking an experienced Sommelier to join our team. The successful candidate will be part of a small, professional team providing an exceptional wine and beverage experience to our Members and their guests.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the wine service.
    • Ensure the wine cellar and service areas are fully stocked and organized.
    • Liaise with the Control Clerk, Bar, and Kitchen teams to replenish stock and record requisitions accurately.
    • Serve Members and their guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, fulfilling any specific wine requests.
    • Assist with the service of food and beverages within the Club.
    • Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation at all times.
    • Provide guidance to other staff on wine selections and service etiquette.
    • Attend occasional professional wine tastings and events.
    • Participate in ongoing training opportunities, including WSET Level 3 after probation, and possibly Diploma after at least one year of service.

    Overall Purpose and Scope of the Job:

    About the Role:

    An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented, service-driven House Manager to join the inner circle of a prestigious Royal Household in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. While overseeing multiple departments, this role is primarily focused on leading and elevating the Housekeeping Department, ensuring exceptional presentation, hygiene, and five-star service standards throughout the residence.

    This position requires a calm, culturally sensitive, and experienced leader, ideally with a background in luxury hospitality and exposure to high-profile clients or VIP households.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the Housekeeping Department, ensuring standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest readiness are consistently maintained to the highest level.
    • Supervise and coordinate a team of over 200 staff across Housekeeping, Laundry, Kitchen, F&B, and Service departments.
    • Conduct regular inspections, staff training, and process reviews to ensure continuous excellence.
    • Liaise between the Princess (Head of Household), the Palace Manager, and operations teams, aligning day-to-day activities with Royal Family expectations.
    • Assist in managing household budgets, inventories, and schedules relevant to Housekeeping and guest preparation.
    • Support in planning and execution of formal events, VIP visits, and international travel logistics.
    • Step into broader House Management duties as required.
    • Attend a trial period during the summer while the family is in the EU to ensure fit and alignment.


    Candidate Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior housekeeping or house management role within a royal, ambassadorial, or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) environment.
    • Previous experience in commercial luxury hospitality, such as five-star hotels, private members clubs, or fine dining establishments.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage large multicultural teams.
    • Strong understanding of formal service, high-end housekeeping standards, discretion, and VIP protocol.
    • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage but not essential.
    • Preferred nationalities include Moroccan, North African, Lebanese, Jordanian, or Egyptian.
    • Candidates from Eastern Europe may be considered depending on cultural and service alignment.
    • Due to privacy concerns, candidates with prior GCC private household experience are not preferred.
    • Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel internationally with the Principal as needed.
    • Two outstanding references and a clean criminal record are mandatory.

    Role Summary:

    As Club Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and seamless delivery of the Club’s internal and external events and society programmes. This role involves both operational and administrative duties, as well as acting as the friendly, polished face of Club Events.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage event invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, menus, place cards, and signage

    • Liaise with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Finance Teams to ensure every detail is accounted for
    • Create and manage event budgets

    • Provide holiday cover for Private Dining & Events colleagues
    • Attend weekly Functions Meetings and circulate relevant documentation


    What Are We Looking For?

    • Proven experience in events administration, ideally in a luxury hospitality or private club setting
    • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with high-profile guests
    • Excellent organisational and diary management abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with Salesforce or event management software is a plus
