    Your Role:

We are seeking a Club Events Co-ordinator to join a prestigious private members’ club in Central London. This is a highly visible, member-facing role suited for someone who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment where exceptional service and organisation are key.


    Role Summary:

    As Club Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and seamless delivery of the Club’s internal and external events and society programmes. From liaising with Members and guest speakers to managing RSVPs and hosting prestigious events, you’ll be at the heart of the Club’s social calendar. This role involves both operational and administrative duties, as well as acting as the friendly, polished face of Club Events.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the full Club Events and Societies Programme, including internal and off-site events
    • Be the main point of contact for Members, speakers, suppliers, and internal teams
    • Manage event invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, menus, place cards, and signage
    • Host events with confidence and warmth, acting as ambassador for the Club
    • Use Salesforce (Marketing Cloud and Events Management systems) to manage communications, guest lists, and schedules
    • Liaise with Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Finance Teams to ensure every detail is accounted for
    • Create and manage event budgets
    • Maintain the Club Events Calendar, website updates, and internal notices
    • Contribute to Club newsletters and social media when required
    • Provide holiday cover for Private Dining & Events colleagues
    • Attend weekly Functions Meetings and circulate relevant documentation


    What Are We Looking For?

    • Proven experience in events administration, ideally in a luxury hospitality or private club setting
    • Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with high-profile guests
    • Excellent organisational and diary management abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Experience with Salesforce or event management software is a plus
    • Flexible schedule, with availability for evening and weekend events
    • A polished, professional appearance and confident manner
    • Calm under pressure, with exceptional attention to detail and time management
    • A team player with a warm, can-do attitude

    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive member interactions with tact and discretion
