A prestigious private members’ club in the heart of London is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to be part of a small, dynamic team working across two exclusive bars, crafting exceptional cocktails and serving a variety of premium beverages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain a fully stocked bar and liaise with the Control Clerk and kitchen to replenish stock, ensuring accurate requisition records.
- Uphold the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
- Serve Members and their guests with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.
- Take and prepare drink orders while accommodating specific Member requests.
- Ensure Members’ areas on the first floor are correctly set up, clean, and well-maintained.
- Assist in food and beverage service across other areas of the Club as required.
- Communicate Member feedback to the Head Bartender or Dining Rooms Manager promptly.
- Adhere to Club standards regarding uniform, appearance, and professionalism.
- Report any incidents, equipment failures, or misuse of Club property to management immediately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Cocktail Bar or Private Members’ Club.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Solid understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
