Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Weekends off)

Salary: £33,500 per annum + Monthly Gratuities (£85–£300) + Christmas Bonus (~£2,000)

About the Role

We are looking for a mature and experienced Waiter/Waitress to elevate the dining experience in our Main Dining Room, the renowned Coffee Room. This is a prestigious role in a refined, professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage breakfast service with confidence and efficiency.

• Provide exceptional service at the centre members’ table during lunch.

• Work closely with the kitchen and team to deliver a seamless experience.

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.

• Engage with members in a polished and courteous manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum three years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or private members club.

The Role

I’m searching for an Experienced Bartender – Private Members’ Club, Central London

- Salary: £31,000 + Gratuity + Christmas Bonus

- Monday to Friday Mostly💥

- 40-hour weeks (Hours are on rotation, starting either at around 12 pm or 4pm with a paid 30-minute break).

A prestigious private members’ club in the heart of London is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to be part of a small, dynamic team working across two exclusive bars, crafting exceptional cocktails and serving a variety of premium beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Maintain a fully stocked bar and liaise with the Control Clerk and kitchen to replenish stock, ensuring accurate requisition records.

- Uphold the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

- Serve Members and their guests with professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency.

- Take and prepare drink orders while accommodating specific Member requests.

- Ensure Members’ areas on the first floor are correctly set up, clean, and well-maintained.

- Assist in food and beverage service across other areas of the Club as required.

- Communicate Member feedback to the Head Bartender or Dining Rooms Manager promptly.

- Adhere to Club standards regarding uniform, appearance, and professionalism.

- Report any incidents, equipment failures, or misuse of Club property to management immediately.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a Cocktail Bar or Private Members’ Club.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

- Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.

- Solid understanding of food hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

- 2 Excellent references required
