    Restaurant Manager/Mayfair/🚨International Progression/Fast-Paced Restaurant

Restaurant Manager | Mayfair | International Growth

This is not just another Restaurant Manager role.

It’s a chance to step into one of Mayfair’s most dynamic luxury environments — and build a career that extends far beyond London.

You will be leading a high-performing team within a globally recognised restaurant group, known for its energy, clientele, and ambition. This is where precision meets pace, and where strong operators become future leaders across international locations.

    The Opportunity

    Location: London W1

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 + (DOE, highly competitive within luxury hospitality)

    Hours: 43.5 per week

    Covers: 100+

    Environment: Luxury, fast-paced, high-profile

Great benefits and perks, including professional development opportunities, staff incentives, and a supportive workplace culture

🚨UK working permit required (no sponsorship)

    🚨Taxi home provided when closing

    Why This Role Stands Out

You won’t just manage a restaurant — you’ll operate at the intersection of high-net-worth clientele, high-volume service, and international growth.

For the right individual, this is a career accelerator, not a static role.

    What You Bring👇

You already operate at a high level and are ready for a platform that matches it.

    • 5+ years’ FOH leadership within luxury restaurants or private members’ clubs
    • Experience in Mayfair or equivalent London environments
    • Confident handling of VIP guests and exclusive events
    • Strong command of systems such as OpenTable, SevenRooms
    • A consistent career history with excellent references

    What Sets You Apart👇

This role is not for everyone.

You lead with presence, not just process, remain calm and decisive under pressure, and naturally anticipate guest needs at a UHNW level.

You build teams that are loyal, motivated, and high-performing, while maintaining a strong understanding of both service excellence and commercial performance.

    The Culture👇

You are energetic, polished, and people-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-profile environment, and motivated by growth rather than comfort.

You are excited to be part of a group that is expanding internationally.

    The Next Step👇

If you’re ready to lead in Mayfair and evolve into an international operator, this is your moment.
