Before becoming a recruiter, Magdalena worked within the industries she now recruits for. Her career has included UHNW private households, luxury hospitality and senior operational management, giving her first-hand experience of recruiting, managing and retaining exceptional people.

No two clients are the same.
A centuries-old private members' club doesn't recruit in the same way as a new luxury restaurant. A privately owned hospitality business has different priorities from an international group. And a private household requires an entirely different level of personal compatibility and discretion.
That's why StaffCover doesn't work from a standard formula. We take the time to understand each assignment individually and tailor the search accordingly.
